Father's Day Gift Guide
With Father’s Day just around the corner, I’m here to share some gifts he’s sure to love!
Forget the same old gift ideas, this list will be sure to have something to help the father figures in your life feel special.
Quality Time
Does he enjoy quality time? Let's set aside the chores, homework, laundry, and dishes for a dedicated time block to celebrate Dad! Pick one of his favorite activities he loves to do with loved ones and plan an afternoon or even an entire day around that activity. If he loves game nights, pick up a new game and invite friends and family over to play together. And if he’s a wiz in the kitchen, find a new pan, some delicious seasonings, or some great new kitchen tools for him to whip up something new for everyone to enjoy!
You can even go out and do something together for quality time. If he enjoys shooting guns, plan a family outing to shoot together and learn more about his passion. If there’s a class or activity that he might be interested in but hasn’t tried yet, go learn together and have fun along the way!
Alone Time
If your dad or husband is anything like mine, alone time is a rarity and one he might enjoy. A gift card for or a membership to do something he considers a hobby is a great way for him to get that alone time to think and enjoy some space so he has a chance to miss you. This could be anything from the archery or gun range, a gift card to a favorite store, a weekend camping trip with some buddies. Basically, whatever he likes to do but doesn’t always have time for, make that a priority for him for Father’s Day!
Favorite Memory
For the sentimental men, try a custom illustration. Illustrations are the perfect way to capture favorite memories or moments using special photos to create something unique. I can combine photos, add details and backgrounds, or even add text to put those finishing touches on something he’s sure to treasure. Think about an iconic fishing trip, vacation, accomplishment, success, etc. Show him how much you care by creating something special from an important memory for him!
